Tony’s love for the hospitality industry spans several decades, beginning as a teenage dishwasher in New York to holding several management positions in beloved restaurants in New York and Vermont. Tony’s love of wine centers around the joys of pairing culinary creations with carefully selected wines that result in an unmistakable synergy. Tony’s history with the wines of Owen Roe and Rocks of Bawn began as being an enthusiastic consumer of the wines, a journey that was sparked by the very first time he had the pleasure to taste the wines in 2004. Through the years, a bond was formed between the O’Reilly and O’Rourke families, often involving the enjoyment of wine, food, and stories. The latest chapter in this story is a partnership and the return of Owen Roe to being a family-owned winery focused on showcasing the exceptional bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
