Originally trained as an engineer before earning his MBA, Matthew developed a passion for organizations that blend tradition, innovation, and heart.

When he joined Rombauer in 2018, he found exactly that. Drawn to the winery’s family history, its commitment to quality, and its welcoming culture, Matthew quickly became invested not just in the business, but in the people and purpose behind it.
